As an ESPless mod, Consistent Pip-Boy Icons v5 expands the in-game icon framework and capacity to enable changes or additions to icons pertaining to Items, Perks, Challenges, Map Markers, and Pop-Ups. Furthermore, it introduces additional conditional icon functionality dependent on a variety of factors including the PC’s Gender and Rank in perks. 

It also facilitates the editing, implementation, or patching of any mod with simple text files. To make the most of this mod, you must have the latest xNVSE version (6.3.3 or above), JIP LN, Johnny Guitar, and ShowOff NVSE. It’s incompatible with the older Consistent Pip-Boy Icons V4 ESP Plugin, however.
